My most immersive ritual, shaped by years of practice and a deep understanding of the body, energy and nervous system. Reiki, crystals, oils and oracle cards are woven together with infrared light and a Higher Dose PEMF mat. The session then moves into sound: gongs, Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, rattles, wind chimes and koshi bells.
For those ready for a profound reset and a deeper connection with their own energy.

An intimate sound ritual for up to four. We begin with grounding breathwork and ceremonial cacao, then settle into sheepskins and blankets as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and hand percussion unfold around you. Reiki and chakra cleansing are woven through, with each ritual intuitively tuned to your group's intention.
